How to update CID and texting when you have a new technician
When entering a new technician in the employee file, be sure the correct phone number is listed in the SMS column. If this is a phone that was used by a previous employee, please be sure to delete the number from the SMS column of the inactive employee. You can not have the same number in the SMS column for two different employees.
Once you have the employee file updated you will need to update the information in your CID. Go to 1>S>2 and "Update from employee file" then "Update call logs".
